Terms and conditions

Who we are

These terms are between you and Al Khatib Advertising Requisites Trading Co. LLC, in the UAE. They apply to every job we quote for and make. If your quote says something different, the quote wins.

Your quote

Every quote is in writing. It says:

• what we will make and fit, and what is not included;
• the price in AED, and if VAT is added;
• how much you pay up front, and when you pay the rest;
• when the job will be ready;
• what our warranty covers, and for how long;
• how long the price holds.

The job starts when you accept the quote in writing and pay what it asks up front.

Your art and files

Before we make it, you get a mockup and the final art to check. We make exactly what you sign off, so please check the words, sizes and colours.

You must have the right to use every logo, photo and file you send us. If someone else owns one, you must get their OK.

Colours can look a bit different in print than on screen.

Making and fitting

Your quote gives the date. The clock starts once you sign off the art and pay up front. Late sign-off, changes or a site that is not ready will move the date.

If we fit the work, you give us safe access to the site at the agreed time. Your quote says who gets any permits the site needs.

Changes and cancelling

If you change the job after you sign off the art, the price and the date may change. We will tell you first.

If you cancel after we start, you pay for the work we did and the stock we bought.

Our warranty

Your quote says what our warranty covers and for how long. If our work is at fault in that time, we fix it.

It does not cover damage, wear and tear, or changes made by others.

If something goes wrong

We stand by our work, as UAE law says. We are not liable for lost sales or other knock-on losses, as far as the law allows. On any one job, the most we are liable for is the price you paid for that job.

The law

UAE law applies to these terms. The courts of Dubai settle any dispute we can't settle ourselves.
